Description du poste à pourvoir

From our New Delhi office, you will be responsible for the group financial strategy and accounting and can expect the following responsibilities : Assisting the Managing Director in formulating the company’s future direction and supporting tactical initiatives, participating in key decisions as a member of the management team Structuring the business to be investor ready Managing the Accounts Team (4 people) and accounts operations in France, Mongolia, Thailand and India and its consolidation Creating, monitoring and directing the implementation of strategic business plans Developing financial and tax strategies for India, Mongolia, France and Thailand Managing the capital request and budgeting processes Coordinate and look for potential fundraising opportunities Overseeing the financial operations of subsidiary companies and foreign operations and the issuance of financial information Reporting financial results to the board of directors Monitoring cash balances and cash forecasts Ensuring that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements Ensuring that record keeping meets the requirements of external auditors and implementing their recommendations Ensuring state of the art filing of all documents (books of accounts, bills, any contract signed by the company, with staff or with external partners) Creating & improving existing processes for the efficiency of the Accounts & Finances department and its integration with others departments (Operations, Sales, Marketing and Production) A good CFO at Vintage Rides is an individual willing to take a unique opportunity to shape a company’s strategy at an international level, to grow and structure a department and to implement international processes. A prior professional experience of 3 to 5 years A roll-up your sleeve attitude: Vintage Rides is a small company, growing at a fast pace and in constant change. You should like, look for, and anticipate change, and constantly adapt your processes and management habits accordingly. Good understanding of international books consolidation Strong knowledge of corporate and international finance and international accounting Excellent knowledge of French accounting Excellent knowledge of French controlling and compliance environment Strong people-skill with a will to develop and grow a team Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finances or Business Administration Extremely organized with a sense of priorities Strong Excel Skills and analytical skills: being able to create a complete Excel matrix is a must Having done at least one 5 year business-plan from scratch. Extremely process driven with the ability to create and implement new processes Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English is a must Experience in Accounting or Finances in an international environment (internships or full-time jobs) Ideally, a first management experience, preferably in multicultural environments, or abroad An experience in entrepreneurship is also strongly appreciated
